Bought C172 from Simmarket

Hi, I just bought the P3v4D C172 Trainer Academic from Simmarket. I am wondering if I am able to register or migrate the product to the New store, and be able to download updates. Also, is it free to download the P3Dv5 installer if I were to switch to v5 in the future? If not, can I get a refund from Simmarket and re-purchase the P3Dv2-v5 version directly from A2A store instead?

We'll be sending the Prepar3D v5 compatible installer for the 172 to SimMarket and other third-party retailers soon. This phased release helps us to better manage support issues with the new platform.

Hi, I just bought the C172 for P3Dv4 from Simmarket, how to register or migrate my product to the A2A new store? And am I able to get updates as well? And am I able to get the P3Dv5 installer for a discounted price if I were to switch to v5 in the future? Because I later realized that the C172 sold in A2A store is for V2-V5, but the one I bought from Simmarket seems to be only for V4. Please help thank you.

No, you won't have to buy it again; you'll just have to redownload the new installer from your account.
