Problems updating C172 in P3Dv4.5

Hello,

I have the C172 Trainer (P3D Professional license) installed in P3Dv4.5 and I am unable to update the aircraft beyond update 10.12.17 There is no "check for update" in my Win 10 start menu and I cannot access my account on the old website to check for any previous updates required.
I have followed the process for registering the transferring my orders to my new A2A account but my previous orders have not been moved across. Ultimately, I want to update the C172 in order for it to work in P3Dv5.
How can I overcome this issue?

Hello Gary and welcome!

If you still have the old installer(s) then filling in the form here is the right step. How long ago did you fill it in? Bear in mind it's not an automatic/instant transfer, but the submissions are manually processed by Lewis so he can add retrospective loyalty points to customers' accounts etc.

If you filled in the form a few days ago and your purchases haven't been migrated, it's probably because the email address(es) you submitted doesn't match the one used for the original purchase(s).

Hello Gary,

just done the migrations, all up to date. Please let me know if you are all moved across OK, we had a few skipped and deleted due to the information submitted resulting in no orders being found. And a couple spelling mistakes I was able to spot, but they where somewhat obvious htmail or gmal instead of hotmail and gmail etc.
