BAT and ALT switches are not working

Hello Tech Support/Forum

The battery and alternator switch on the Logitech Switch panel dose not appear to be functioning properly. I have to cycle the battery switch twice for it to come on and the alternator switch does not function at all.

I did search the forum and it appears this topic has been brought up in the past but the post were dated and hard to follow. I could not read the images, links were not active anymore, and etc.

Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated
