Making radio calls from C-172
Making radio calls from C-172
My other FSX aircraft have "click spots", one of which accesses the ATC menu to allow radio calls and receive ATC instructions. I see no click spot in the C-172 so how does one make radio calls. Radios are on and correct frequency is displayed, COM 1 enabled on audio panel. Please help.

Re: Making radio calls from C-172
Hello lvolka,
By default the "ATC window (display/hide)" function is assigned to the ' (apostrophe) key in FSX. You could also assign it to a joystick/yoke button to mimic a 'push to talk' function.
You may also wish to check that "auto-open ATC window" is ticked in the FSX general settings.
Thanks,
Nick

Wow. I did not know that. Always use clickspots. Thanks, Nick.
