Win10 install issue, can't access website to DL latest version

Dear support, I have an older version of the C172 installation executable that is creating a strange directory structure on install with Windows 10 and not operating properly in Prepar3D v4. I tried to log in to the A2A website but it seems the site has changed in the last few years and I no longer had an account or access to my order/download. I created a new account with the same email as my order and the one used in forum registration. Could you re-associate my account so I can download the latest C172 installer, or could you provide me with a link to do so? Thanks much. --Dave

Hi Dave and welcome to the A2A forums.

Yes, we migrated over to a new web store last year. To migrate your orders from the old store to the new one so you can download the latest installers, simply follow the steps in this pinned post.

Please bear in mind that Lewis has to transfer your orders manually, so the process isn't instantaneous. However, when your orders are migrated, you'll benefit from a few retrospective loyalty points to put towards any future purchases.
