cannot access offline store

Hi there, I've tried to access the offline store but my login credentials don't seem to be working. I've filled in the google docs form twice and waited a while thereafter but still nothing. I just need to redownload the Accu-sim C172 Trainer as I've lost many files whilst transferring these files to a storage drive. Any help is greatly appreciated TY!

Hello,

please can you fire me a PM with your email address and I can check things for you.

Migration takes 24-48hrs though normally just a few hours. If you have not been migrated this is normally because the data entered results in either no new account being found to move orders too, or no old orders to move to the new account. Please make sure when filling out the Google form you include all addresses associated otherwise the request could be skipped if nothing is found. (Commonly people have had more than one address over the years or purchases with a spouses address once or twice etc etc.
