Will the 172 work with the Saitek BIP panel? Using SPAD

Yes
If you use spad BIP works fine with the A2A C172
Spad, however, requires a registered (payware) version of FSUIPC

MMmmmmm...
Whilst they work fine they give inaccurate readings...
Unless it is just me...I do use 3rd part gauges...
