Currently I have 2 FIPs in the mail and they will finalize my pit. Really I just want the 2 for nav aids such as VOR and ADF. I have not seen if that will be a problem...?
Navaid FIP's should work OK.

Does anyone know if the FSI C172 works on Ipad with A2A 172? I can't seem to get it to work at all. Thanks Wayne

So, I'm new to the Accu-Sim planes and that is why I'm reviving this old thread.

It seems that Saitek FIP programming (as well as the other panels) don't allow for variables other than stock FSX (I.E. A:var for FIP where Accu-Sim uses L:Var).

I was wondering if A2A and the various other people that have tried to program their FIPs to no avail for these planes would take the time to send a request to Saitek asking them to update their software to allow it to read and forward the L:Vars to the FIP (and any other variables that other 3rd party developers may use).

It will most likely come to nothing in the end, but, it wouldn't take you that long and if they receive enough request, they MIGHT consider it.

Just a thought.
