The C172 uses the standard FSX controls that are normally mapped to "F6" and "F7".pj_3 wrote:OK, Lewis, Scott, et al - one more - the flap lever. Those are the Flaps Decrement and Flaps Increment functions.
You can assign an axis in FSUIPC and set it to use "zones" and send the appropriate "F6" or "F7"
equivalent FSX commands when the zones are entered from each direction.
I have done this on a couple of aircraft but for the C172 I just use my 'standard' "A" and "B" switches
on my X-45 stick to increment or decrement the flaps with each click.
