Aircraft sitting

How long can I leave my aircraft sitting without flying it. I am a Artist and Actor where I live and my closest airport is KCRW.

Hi,

There is no limit how long you can leave the aircraft without flying it, however the mechanic in the hanger will make you a remark, if it has not been flown for over a month. The other thing is to put additive in your oil in the hangar, if you plan not to fly it for a prolonged period of time. :wink:

If you are going to be leaving it a while make sure to add some CamGuard to the aircraft for sure.

If the plane has been sitting a while, it's best to humor the mechanic, and change the oil and spark plugs.
