I have to post this complain because I sent five mails to A2A shop service and have not received any help.
I purchased the plane. Start downloading, but the the download frozed when was 72%.
I tried to start again, and found out that the link has expired.....so I cannot get the plane.
Hope, somobody from A2A simulations will help me, and send again a download link, as I have asked for five times to the service department.

Albatros, I am sure someone will help you out with this one.
You say you have sent 5 email, but not have recieved an answer. The aircraft was released on Tuesday and now it is Friday, which tells you have sent more than one mail every day(if you bought it on Tuesday). You have to be a bit patient, you will for sure get an answer.

Albatros, PM Lewis or I so we can check your order. The servers have been trouble free, but we can send you an alternate link if there is some odd issue between you and them.

you did indeed send lots of emails, however they were all within a small amount of time 8hours?
Please remember we are a business and so work on a standard 48hr turnaround on emails, though I personally aim for a 24hr turnaround and make sure the inbox is clear on a daily basis.
I activated the downloads for you within 24hrs and sent you a reply also suggesting against the use a download manager which do not work with the store and is the cause of the download errors you received,

I've never had a problem downloading from your store with a download manager, Lewis... your server even supports resuming a failed download.

Not all download managers are the same Bruce, the majority will not work so its adviseable to not use them.
