Wow, there appear to be half a dozen pieces to the spinner alone!

Nicely done. I guess it takes a ton of practise to make them look like :

Looks very hard to me as some paper has to be curved in both directions, has it not?

Reflected, that looks like a pretty nice paper model. And looks like you did an admirable job for your first. Keep at it. By the way, I like your wall art, very nice.

yes, curved in every direction. End every tiny piece is made of 3-4 even tinier pieces, it was very hard to get it in shape. And that spinner...don't even mention it!

reflected: Don't be too hard on yourself.

You went and did something creative in your spare time. Most people get sucked to the couch by the tv.

Looks good to me especially for hanging from the ceiling and it was your first, right ?

I haven't tried a paper model since the seventies. As a schoolboy I had a small childrens magazine where every month a paper model was included. Todays 8 year olds would laugh at you if you gave them paper models instead of Playstations ...

I think I heard that some of the more ambitioned paper modelers use burnishing tools with a ball formed tip. That way you can form paper panels in both directions

Very nice - I can see a squadron on a ceiling! Wouldn't that be hot. Good job. :D

WOW.......That ship would take a while to build with 3,500+ paper parts!

Looks very nice when completed though. :)

You should see my first paper aircraft - it was A-4 Skyhawk, it was ugly ;)

Well done m8, thanks for sharing.
Somehow the curves of a spit and paper as material seem impossible combinations but you prove that wrong. And Bader, I think the model you show has cheated on spinner and wheels at least ;-)
