Better resolution

Post by Manta »

Hi folks!

recently I have discovered this site:

www.simtube.com

though it is down now, you can watch sim videos with a better quality than youtube.

I'm uploading mi videos there now

Cheers

All right. Put up hastily a new UTub account and uploaded a little hassle of commercial break:

I'll upload full resolution later to quicksharing.

Merry Christmas all 8)

I enjoyed how the video showed the build up of the in game screens, then splitting away to the 3d graphics.

In the shadow of MysticPuma's magnificent works I managed at last to upload a bit bigger version of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wvCBNUvvCrs to a web host:
http://rapidshare.com/files/81437956/WingsofV.avi.html

Anyone know if quicksharing.com is actually still working?

Also inspired by MysticPuma's meticulous work I sacrificed a couple of sleeping hours to remake 'Ninth Variation' a bit. Same hairy graphics but according the very original script I did not dare first:

Hello Blue_Eagle,

sorry for the delay, for me it's all work days no fun. I'm no such a techie with these but I dare to copy-paste this part from FRAPS site:
http://www.fraps.com/faq.php#videocap
------------
How can I adjust the volume of the sound that is recorded?

You must configure the volume through the "Sounds and Audio Devices" item in the Control Panel. Use the following steps:

Click on the Control Panel and select Sounds And Audio.
Click on the Audio tab.
Find the Sound Recording device and click Volume.
Adjust the volume for the Input that Fraps is recording from. This is usually named "What U Hear", "Record Master", or "Stereo Mixer".
If you can't see the correct Input on screen you may need to enable it by clicking on Properties in the menu and ensuring all Inputs have a check beside their name.
-------------

What comes to synched audio with video, you may have noted that in my videos there is no such thing, what I mean is that I have captured just sound from one video clip in my studio program and the added it randomly/nicely(?) over other part in final video.

Also, if this does not help, I'm sure the BoBII video makers are here as well to answer. Ladies,Gents?

Blue_Eagle, also when you get it working, promise to share the final video with us?

Best Regards,

- Box

Wow, that was really really well put together; the action flow is cinematic. Brilliant. If I knew nothing of combat flight sims, and that was my first introduction, I would not be able to believe such a creation was possible. My next reaction would be "I have to have it"!
