cool down needed for the direct inertial starter?

How long can I run that starter before let it cool down for some minutes? Or isn't that an isue with that inertial...

hiding yoke via shortcut or joystick button?
Hey guys, any chance to toggle yokes (hide) via a shortcut or joystick button? Especially with the Skylane the pilot's yoke hides important gauges. In general I want to have it visible but the possibility to hide it for a second or so. I don't have an headtracker and moving the eyepoint via shortcut...

Thanks Oracle427!
So: Does anybody have an idea what's the lowest continuous RPM with the P40?
By the way: The idea of crossing the north atlantic with 100 mph or so is quite memorable. Lindbergh style...

long range flight: most economic power settings?
Hey guys,
I'm going to ferry my brand new P40C from A2A (at 4B8) over to my HQ at EDNY.
So could somebody give me some advise what's the (absolutely) most economic power setting with the P40?
(route will be via Canada, Greenland, Iceland, UK and so on.)
Thanks in advance,
Zacke

Hey guys,
that links seem to be broken. Please could you update the links or give us another chance to get that calculator for the Skylane?

Re: GPS tracking and gyro drift
Installed the Cherokee now the AP and the GPS seem to work independently of the gyro compass. No reaction of the AP if one's manipulating the gyro compass while on GPS tracking.

GPS tracking and gyro drift
Hello guys, I haven't installed the Cherokee yet but have the following question: With the (FSX) GPS installed (the integrated one) and the autopilot following the GPS route does the drift of the gyro compass influence the tracking? Or with other words: Is the gyro compass used while AP is GPS track...

tec question: could audio connection influence video performance?
Hey guys, today I had an issue with the audio: While warming up my T6 and switching to the ATIS frequency the over all audio volume suddenly muted. It was still there but on a much lower level. If I got it right all sounds were played, nothing missing - but muted. I remember I had that issue before ...
