Re: GIMP to DDS exporting
Hi Al, I assume you're using the DDS plug-in with Gimp - as I don't think it exports to DDS natively ? I haven't used it in a while... If you want a more price friendly full featured paint tool for your friend - PSP offers a reasonable price and you can often find it on sale - and it comes without t...

Re: So what's the Verdict?
Hi Ryan, I just spent a bunch of time yesterday reading through all the "what's next" posts I could find... My real interest would be the Aerostar - but the Texan II and Talon could be the two products that would tempt me over to the military side of A2A - as of now I'm strictly GA... I th...

Re: A New GA Destination - TAG
Speaking of which... What happened to 42B? ;) Hi Dave, Hah - yeah - highly desired... Last I spoke to Bill 6-8 months ago - he was working on KPDX for Flightbeam (released) - then he was doing KDAL for ORBX - after that he had stated he may have some free time for burger hops... We did go the EXTRA...

Re: A New GA Destination - TAG
Thanks for the info Scott. I'am waiting for 5-6 airports to be offered in Virgina and I'll buy the whole. Hi... Sounds good - personally - I'm just happy for ANYTHING not on the overly saturated West Coast of the US... Funny - I've never seen these guys advertise - they're not on any of the payware...

Re: A New GA Destination - TAG
Hi Folks, As I for one - truly like to get off the beaten track - TAG - has another entry in their "Mountain Empire" regions of Virginia - Country Roads - take me home... These are little GA gems that I truly enjoy and the modeling effort is truly top shelf... One of my favorite features i...

Re: Accusim Run Amok - P3Dv4 ?
Hi Nick, Oh - I misspoke - my old machine was P3Dv4.3 - my new one is P3Dv4.4 and by the counts in the store I did download the v4 A2A installers before - my initial P3Dv4.4 install was using an old saved copy - maybe I mixed them up - either way - the fresh download seems to be fixing m y issue... ...

Re: Accusim Run Amok - P3Dv4 ?
Hi Nick, Bingo... I think I figured this out... My last build was P3Dv3 and I was using the P3Dv3 A2A installers - as I didn't know P3Dv4 had a new proprietary version of the A2A installer - and - I would have thought the "updater" would update to the most appropriate software automaticall...

Re: Accusim Run Amok - P3Dv4 ?
Hi Nick, LOL - :) Hah - just my luck - par for the course... Strangest thing - on the Skylane - I use the config screen to remove tiedowns when on ground - only port tiedown is visible - it blinks - I see all 3 tiedowns - then it flashes back and I only have the port tiedown again - and the button o...

Re: Accusim Run Amok - P3Dv4 ?
Hi Folks, OK - a quick check of my other A2A aircraft - has the Cherokee flashing the open oil door and engine heater cord - the Comanche has the pilot flashing replacing the pilot with a different model - it's flashing on the load window too when I open it - and only the Bonanza seems normal... &qu...

Hi Folks, Finally getting my new build up to speed - Win10x64 - Latest P3Dv4 - Latest A2A Updates More then one of my A2A Aircraft are behaving oddly... Re: CG Station for Tip Tanks?
Hi Scott, thanks, this tool is awesome! I must have been disconnected when I setup the flight illustrated above - it normally picks and displays best runway for winds... Happy to help - yeah - I thought it was pretty darn good as well - they seem to have i for TBM's, Barrons, and Skyhawks too... :)...
