Re: Constellation or Stratocruiser

Strat, every time... The Connie is lovely, and went to more places (for those who want r/w routes). But. The Strat is a beast. She has to be caressed through the sky. Climbs are slow. Descents even slower. You need to add Captain Of The Ship with the Strat. The Connie comes with it already. COTS is ...

My first thought was a ‘40s 57mm SP gun platform...

Welcome to augmented reality manufacturing. It’s gaining traction is some areas. IMO, it’s still a toy for the big boys. No doubt it will become more common place.

Re: A2A Aerostar flights

Brilliant! I can't wait... Side question, as a one engine virtual pilot and Fighter Stick user (good advice from Dudley), what twin engine controller would you recommend ? The Bravo is coming. If their yoke is anything to go by, it should be decent. It can be set up in a variety of configurations, ...

Re: A2A Aerostar flights

At any other setting, the engine controls typically have some differences in between them, resulting in split levers when adjusting for precisely symmetric settings. -Esa I'm hoping there is going to be a check box for those with only one throttle lever so that the two engines behave as one, as opp...

Re: Be especially careful in upcoming months

Australia is a penal colony, particularly in the east. Always has been, and always will. So the ruling class returned to form at the hint of trouble. They're losing their crap over a weekly infection rate that would have been an hour in Florida. It's insane. Don't take here as a good example. Fortun...

Re: First A2A product Comanche or Bonanza

If you’re still undecided, the Comanche will be less inclined to try to kill you if you misbehave. My personal preference in the Comanche. It has been my go-to cross country mount for a long time.

Don't forget the dozens of airports in the (free) Global Airport pack (I'm assuming it works in V5 too...).

Re: is 8gb ram enough?

Hi

I would hazard a guess that you’re running a 32bit operating system. That can’t address more than 4Gb of RAM, so there is no gain adding more RAM.
