I too like to hear the chirp of the stall horn as I'm touching down. That said, I don't feel you "need" flaps. A good pilot should know his/her aircraft and what it is capable of. You should know how to land without flaps and remain proficient on the technique but not every landing. Airfie...

Learn something every day, I am presuming it can be changed manually? I would love to try those atmospheric changes at various locations. I've just never really looked into that due to most models don't fly close enough to real to even bother with it. Now I'm gonna have to dig deeper into the bowels...
