Re: 109 climb/roll issue
Thanks Stalkervision, that's precisely what I was looking for. When I get to altitude and practice turning, I've noticed there is one attitude where the 109 almost seems poised on the head of a pin and pivots so smoothly its eerie. From that point I can drop the nose, reorient and dive. I had a feel...

Re: 109 climb/roll issue
Thank you for your replies. I followed all of your suggestions. One thing I did was set my flying aside for a week to get the Spit out of my system. This is my first flight sim and I realized changing from one A/C to another is a skill like any other. I needed to accept the 109 on its own merits and...

109 climb/roll issue
I've complete my first SPC (RAF) and now want to move to the Luftwaffe side for the next one. After printing out the takeoff procedure and reading through what the manual had to say about the differences from the Spitfire, I thought I knew what to expect. Even historically, I know the Bf-109 was a m...

Re: Win 7 CTD
Buddye, I have a preliminary explanation for the crashes I've been experiencing. The following, if accurate, may well apply to both 64-bit (like mine) and high-end 32-bit systems. As you may have noticed when I posted about the 9.0c issue, I don't simply like to find a fix, I want to know why someth...

Re: Win 7 CTD
I had hoped that the confirmed 9.0c driver install would do the trick. It didn't. Kept at it and tonight (4/23) tried a systematic disabling of every thing I could think of on my system, saving the AV (Avira) for last. Used CC Cleaner to disable the startup items too. Even with everything turned off...

Re: Win 7 CTD
Hi Buddye, I had another crash after doing the reinstall and using CC Cleaner (nice utility btw). After reading ricnunes post about a crash in Win 7-32, I recalled yet another post about a crash that you commented on sometime back. You looked over the crashlog and said something about "C:\Windo...

Re: Win 7 CTD
Mistakenly typed Vista 64, should have been Win 7, 64. Rebuilt this system last fall.

Re: Win 7 CTD
Hello, I'm a new player and been experiencing crashes with the game as well. I've counted ten in the crashlog. The error messages displayed at the time of the crashes fell into three categories. - Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, Runtime Library, BOB.EXE, App has requested the Runtime to termin...
