I always get the quota has been exceeded statement and obviously this can not be the case since as there are attachments galore in the forum I am attempting to post on. I have contacted the administrator in the past but ...

Re: Civilian Mustang hangar displays Military Mustang?
With all due respect CharlieP51, Much Ado About Nothing ! The maintenance hanger is a screen where you repair your simulated aircraft and on the up side you don't get dirty or bust your knuckles and it doesn't cost you a dime. I don't spend any more time there than necessary. I like cdfi's idea to c...

Re: Smoke problem
I found the files that are probably missing. They should be in your effect texture folded (x_1.bmp and fx_smoke.bmp). If they are not there you need to replace them. Should be on the FSX install disks. I think Disc 2. If you can't find them I can email them to you.

Re: Smoke problem
You are missing an effect file probably because of an uninstall of some aircraft. I wish I could remember which effect file it is as I could email it to you. If you have a backup of your effects folder just replace it with the back up. Take a look at the link. http://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtop...

Re: Can anyone recommend a good force feedback stick
One thought for those looking for a Sidewinder 2 FF stick. There are two versions out there the early one was a game port versiona nd later they came out with a USB version. If you wind up with a game port version you can buy a adapter to convert it to USB. I found one for $15.00. I used to have one...

Re: ADD SHAKE RATTLE AND ROLL TO YOUR ACCU-FEEL V2
Joe, I finally got around to installing the interactor. Had to do a little thinking first. I removed the device from the backpack and mounted it on a square of 1x6 lumber with a hole cut in it for clearance. I mounted that to the inside of one of my 4x8 seat support rails. I had intended to make som...

Re: Can anyone recommend a good force feedback stick
As I said earlier there are not very many FF sticks available. The Sidewinder FF 2 is a great stick and if I ever find a used one cheap I will snatch it up (had one many moons ago but wore it out). In my opinion all the force feedback sticks need the FS Force software http://www.dirks-software.ca/fs...

Re: Can anyone recommend a good force feedback stick
Pretty slim pickens out there. The G940 was one of the better ones in my opinion. I heard that Logitech doesn't make it anymore. I have seen some for sale brand new but the price was high. It used to retail for 299.00. Check out the previous posts as they may be of some help. http://www.amazon.com/L...

Re: Experience with Logitech G940?
Ken,
To answer your question about the P51. I have almost all of the A2A aircraft including the P51 and it works great in all of them. Just create a profile to your liking or use the default profiles that come with the software.

Re: Experience with Logitech G940?
Ken, I have been using the G940 since it became available. It has been durable but the force feedback was a disappointment until I got FS Force software (Dirks Software) great support by the way. http://www.fs-force.com/ . I would not have anything else. I would never go back to a spring centering j...
