If you save a flight with the Cub there‘s a pj3 file in the FSX document folder. Hadn‘t time to check that but maybe that‘s the key to the persistance thing.

Re: oil consumption working ?
Hey guys, it's a bit confusing here: I learned not to save flights with complex (A2A) aircraft within FSX and reload them because of possible odd behaviour. So I did and never had problems with the persistance of the A2A birds when loading the default flight and then loading the A2A aircraft (I know...

clarification: engine hand start
Hey guys, after intense flying all (!) the wonderfull more or less complex A2A birds for more than a decade I'm coming back to the Piper Cub. Maybe it's a matter of maturity to remember the stick and rudder things and the elementariness of that real gem. And maybe it's a kind of relief in a sometime...

Using 1 dat-file for different variants
Hey guys, my dream is to have the oppurtunity to convert my little normal wheeled Cub to a tundra or float version and using ONE dat-file simulating one persistant airframe and one persistant engine. I wonder if it isn't possible to rename the dat-files to use only one of them for all variants. Or d...

Using the CAT gauge
Hey guys, I'm going to switch from the Tomahawk to the C model. I realized there's an other CAT gauge without green marking and started to think about how to interpret this green area. I thought like e.g. the T6 if you're in icing conditions like clouds and low air temperatures you should bring the ...

Re: propeller type and performance
Hello again, are these performance and wear differences simulated or is it just the difference with the vibration? Background: I'm used to have the MT Propeller because it looks much more modern. But I'm going to use a new repaint for my Comanche with a quite old style colour scheme and the MT doesn...

suddenly running out of fuel: harmful for the engine?
Hey guys, because the P-40 has no gauges for the reserve and the aux tank we're prone to run out fuel temporary. I know it's a question of timing and managing the fuel tank system to avoid that. Anyway: Does it harm the engine if you run out of fuel and the propeller drives the engine until you swit...

joystick-mapping: magentos/starter
Hey guys, via the A2A input configurator I've assigned two of my joystick buttons zu the magneto/starter key (switching left/right). When I try to start the engine the key instantly jumps back from the "start" position although I keep the button depressed. The second time it always holds t...

Thanks for the clarification, Rob.
Yes, I always fly the T6 with IAS in mph. (But I can't confirm a heavier line at 150 mph .)

Zacke
