Re: I flew backwards tonight in some crazy winds.

RAH-66 Comanche 🤪

Seriously though, known stone old random bug in MSFS‘s weather depiction that has never been fixed.

Re: P3D v6 and A2A

MSFS, with my gear, is PRECARIOUS and so not such a pleasure; like roller coaster or leaning over and driving a car from the back seat, if I relax on my joystick X-56 HOTAS. (Maybe I could dull the stick's sensitivity, but should I have to?!" The visuals of MSFS are super. But looks aint every...

Re: Roll out of Accu Sim 2.0 improvements over the Accusum planes

I know this question is pretty premature but from what I have read in your fantastic support is that several features in Accusim 2.0 are not yet implemented but might be available later, like simuating stress on the landing gear and Tire failures. I wonder whether such feature upgrades will then ap...

Re: How many cylinder can Accu-Sim handle?

watching the engine run on the tablet is nice and all.. but it doesn‘t add much to the airplane. People with no understanding of how it works may get a hint but beside that there is very little value to the actual flying. What I would find valuable (for example for a radial engine as we‘re talking S...

Re: Vent air sound too loud

I have closed all the vents but yet still the sound is deafening. So I have to turn the master sound down but then I do not hear the engine. That‘s probably not the vents you‘re hearing but the airstream around the airplane. Depending on your airspeed and the sound proofing equipment the airstream ...

Re: Power / pitch coupling - too strong?

Andrew,

I don‘t see any „control like“ pitch changes either. When I add power and the speed would go up the plane will of course pitch for trimmed speed but not excessively.

sry, maybe obvious and notorious question: FSUIPC? Other addons removed? MSFS beta?

bcote689 wrote: 25 Aug 2023, 15:23 I agree that would be nice to have if easy to implement. It would be really cool to have Heidi, the A2A cub passenger, complain about it….otherwise a discrete cue.
yep, the passengers would be great indicators :D

Re: Idea: cabin temperature/oxygen

Yeah, I had left the heater on when landing in Nebraska yesterday, my cabin was 108 degrees - in real life I would have died of heat stroke  - maybe just a cheap digital thermometer with double-sided tape, if it gets too hot it falls off lol In real life you would have felt it... in the sim y...

Re: Shoddy

Welcome to realistic GA flying guys, the factory fresh is kept by the super small minority, little notes, tape and corrections are par for the course for the vast majority, unfortunately flight sim has a habit of skewing toward factory fresh everything a world that bares little resemblance to the r...

Re: Is this a joke?

You guys are missing the point. Nothing against the jokes, the more, the merrier. During the last 5 years of no releases, when A2A went into hiding, the jokes kept the forum alive, making it appear active. Now that we finally A2A is back and we have something new, the Pilot's lounge looks messy, re...

Re: Is this a joke?

The pilot lounge isn‘t a „my comanche doesn‘t follow the VNAV of my GTN“ helpdesk 😁

Although, such topics are quite funny as well :D

Official A2A updates are pinned above everything.

Re: When can we expect more planes???

I seem to recall that Scott stated that A2A would only develop planes in the future only if they could fly them. Please feel free, A2A, to correct me if I'm wrong here. I also recall that Scott (?) said something like they wouldn‘t have plans for military or radial engine aircraft anymore which I c...

Re: MSFS Anniversary - C152 plane used most

It has been the „most well-done“ plane of the release version and if they count mods with their statistic the JP mod for the 152 is absolutely wonderful. With its amazing scenery the sim has turned many airliner pilots into VFR fans and we‘ve always begged for realism. The JP 152 gives all that for ...
