Re: repaints for my fighters

The only software you will need is a text editor to edit your "aircraft.cfg" file. Almost all repaints will come with instruction on exactly what to change in that file (which is just a text file).

Flaps were and/or supposed to be lowered on purpose (not a bleed-down scenario) so that people wouldn't step on them.

I just sent you a few E-3 profiles (a few of which are based on that one)... I did include one E-4, as I think the FS9 world needs it. *grin*

Semi-famous wives tale about a solution to "button-itus". As the story goes, a USAF Egress Maintenance shop rigged an ejection seat display to shoot up 6-12 inches if the handles were pulled. Apparantly it worked well until a General's daughter peed herself. At which point the General took...

Re: Now how about the bombs?

-E I was able to get rid of the rockets with your help. How do I get rid of the bombs on the P-47 now? Make a guage for them also? Rotorhead Bombs were/are too easy to drop using the key command, so I didn't do a gauge for that. (I just make sure I'm in the VC when I drop them, so I don't make myse...

VERY nice! (but you knew that, didn't you? *grin*) I may have to fly the Zero yet, if you keep up this kind of pressure! (I'm still having a hard time getting out of the 109 & the Mk Ia!!!)

Even though this may not be realistic, it solves the autopilot issues of holding altitude. You're worried about A6M Zero autopilot fixes being realistic? *big big grin* Actually, I'd be very surprised if any pilots complained about trim. Remember the culture and the times ( we're talking a culture ...

I could live with just a G-6. And a G-10. And a G-2. And of course an F-2. And not to forget a good K. A good mistel underneath would be required as well. But that is still needed for the FW package as well, come to think of it. *grin* MAAM is working on an Avenger What became of that? The drooling ...

Disagreement.

(I'd rather have one model that I can drop the tanks & bombs IN-FLIGHT, rather than have to switch to another model in-flight. In this case, I believe it was a simple oversight.)

Re: PLEEZE!!! Add a P-51B/C and Allison Mustang Versions

I take it you are talking about the SkyUnlimited ones? Assuming he is, I have to take your stance... I like that package. One of the best "bang-for-buck" addons I've purchased and/or seen. Sure it has some warts, but maybe he can name one addon that doesn't? That package got me to realizi...
