One thing that helps a lot is to have your framerates locked at 20 or below. This also helps everyone on the server (at least this is what I've read).

I don't think the warping around is an FS9 limited problem. I've flown a lot of Falcon4 multiplayer co-op campaign missions and it was always present to some degree there also. It seems like something more tied to everybody's quality of connection and maybe flying during peak times on the net. That...
