I’ve been having quite a few like that. I land at about a -10fpm sink rate, the passengers clap and the co pilot says “wonderful! Wonderful!” Betty thanks me for a smooth flight and says people are talking about me in the terminal, yet it gets recorded as “what a forgettable landing”.

Odd suggestions: 1) time it. See if there is a consistent time in which the program times out. 2) idle the fort on the ground and wait said amount of time. See if you have a CTD. Not sure if related, but I had E3 fail to feather after it failed and sent me into a flat spin the other day.

Granted, after the spin my electrical system was completely shot, so I’m not sure if that affected the failure to feather.
