Many thanks for posting the link. I gave it a whirl - and found the effect subtle but noticeable - especially at sunrise/sunset, where the reds dominate.

You might be seeing images showing [the excellent] Parallel42 Flow wheel - that allows all sorts of useful improvements and additions to the MSFS in-flight top menu. Highly recommended!

This one intrigued me, so I thought I'd give it a go. All normal here. Red light cast on internals and the bulb appears to be red as well. This was with a custom livery. Haven't tried a default livery [yet].

Just a note - that if you have [the excellent] Lorby Axis & Ohs, you can "cheat" by assigning the twist grip axis to "Helicopter Steering". This is a horrible kludge that I've used on a few aircraft for "pseudo" tiller control. Maybe it can be done via MSFS axis ass...

I've had this flaps thing happen to me - though it appears to have gone in 1.2 - or it's annoyingly sporadic and hard to reproduce on demand! Just a thought ... but it's possible that after an update, the sim is just reloading/rebuilding its scenery cache. Try the same scenario again (I presume you have a rolling cache set) and see if it makes any difference.

I've also had this issue - occasionally and sporadically. I've checked all my bindings etc. and couldn't find anything amiss. Worse still - it's random - doesn't happen every flight, so it's hard to debug. For me, it's the external view *animation* only: the flaps themselves don't appear to move.

The aircraft persistence files aren't saved in the community folder, so manually removing this directory won't cause you to lose them. Anyway, hope you managed to get everything reinstalled successfully? Unfortunately it seems a few customers using this add-on linker utility have run into the same ...
