control lock not persistant
I noticed that my control lock is not installed upon starting a flight even though I install it when i leave the airplane. On the 172 and the cherokee, it does stay installed like it's supposed to. It's not a deal breaker but I would like to have it work properly.

Re: Complete accusim failure
Hey kevinh, i had this exact problem before... check your fsx cfg file under "trusted" and make sure everything to do with A2A, especially things like "guages" is not set to a negative number. I have mine set to =2 and that fixed the problem right away and its been working fine e...

Re: Another texture problem
check your FSX cfg file. there should be items under "trusted" that might not be set to the right value. particularly anything that has to do with A2A "guages". their values should = 1 or 2. if there is a minus sign before the value, delete it and make it a 1 or 2 and see how tha...

I have a question about throttle and prop adjustment. when you level off and are going to apply cruise settings, do you reduce the throttle or the prop first? And to begin a descent, which should you reduce first or should you just reduce throttle?

Re: update problems
no, one of the parameters under "trusted" in the fsx cfg file was a negative number when it should have been a positive number. I missed it at first look. imagine that.... ONE small detail and it reaked havoc on my A2A planes.

Oil
How much oil should you have for normal flights in the 182? for instance on the 172 you should have 5 to 7 quarts.
