Re: Thrashed T-6 Interior
Alright :!: She is now complete and I'm so pumped on how this came out. :!: I spent so much time making it, I need to go fly it. After a bunch of research and testing, and for the record, I have decided to stick with DXT5 on this, so, it shouldn't be to hard on performance. The visual diff...

Re: New to painting and getting confused
By the sounds of it, you are trying to show the Alpha Layer in the paint kit through opacity? Is this correct? If so, you do not want to do this. The Alpha layer is only used to create your Alpha Channel . Does that make sense? Once you have created your Alpha layer the way you would like it, select...

Re: Shiny Red Paint WIP
I had a look around the paint kit and these are the only ones that made sense to me. Have you tried either one of these? If not, I'm at a loss for now. :? Also, check the rivets layer in the don't paint section. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/pjmskq6a9xaozyz/A2A%20Comanche%20250%20Screw%20head....

Re: Shiny Red Paint WIP
Agreed! Rad, I dig it. I haven't messed with this kit yet so I can't show you. However, a good guess is it will probably be by the spinner. Think of a unwrapped shape. It could even be square. If the mesh layer is in the kit, have a look there. It's really helps identify the tough things. Or, it cou...

Re: T6 Thrashed Interior
I managed to get through the outside file tonight, and the above link has been updated to include it. There are still a couple of things I would like to clean up with it, but, I couldn't keep myself from posting it. It's a little difficult getting a good shot of it in stock FSX, but, her she is. :mr...

Thrashed T-6 Interior
Some of you may remember an interior I started last year for Tailspin45 and his N7055K paint. Unfortunately, I got too busy to paint or fly  ..And, Google has long since decided to stop hosting the WIP images :x Anyway, I was finally able to get back on the interior and finished it up. Working ...

Re: Geography quiz.
What an amazing story! :) I think GTNP really captured something in my heart when I was there. It was VERY peaceful and quiet in the park, just standing at one of the many roadside stops and just staring at it all. The only sound that could be heard was the wind whispering through the air. Temperat...

Re: Air Hauler 2 with A2A planes
I ran Air Hauler 2, last year, for a while before I got to busy. It was still Early Access then, but, I flew my 172 and It was perfectly normal.

Re: Geography quiz.
Yup yup! Excellent guess! I was there three years ago myself; I got to channel my Ansel Adams in a serious way. Anyway, I don't have a cookie or anything to give you for the correct answer, unfortunately, but I do have the rest of the arrival series on-hand. No worries. It's hard to miss thos...
