Re: Old customer confused in new store (& v4)
1. Your old account at the old store should be accessible for downloads. You can't buy new stuff there though. Although saying that, I tried logging-in just now and failed, so perhaps the old accounts get closed now, after transferring. 2. You can download new, 64 bit compatible replacement install...

Old customer confused in new store (& v4)
Hi Nick 1- Been away for a while. I'm a little confused by the new store business. None of my downloads are available in my account the pasword of which I had to reset to get in. When registering for a new acccount as advised in your post, I get an Error: An account is already registered with your e...

Re: Why is A2A still Using fsx
The reality is that X-Plane has never convinced the mainstream simmer community, for 15 years now, that it was better than the FS family of sims. When we were a little tired of MSFS, some of us tried it and went instead to Flight Unlimited or Fly! rather than XP. Trying XP is always disappointing. I...

The misplacement of lights is something that the L-39 is suffering from too in P3D (strobes chiefly).

Re: does p3d new update 3.4 works good with a2a aircrafts ?
ASN is still not compatible with 3.4 though, there's a beta hotfix but that sounds a little too experimental to me Have you heard of any specific difficulty with ASN "hot fixed" to 3.4 ? I didn't see any complaint on their forum. Hifi always releases a beta patch for ASN which stays up fo...

Re: does p3d new update 3.4 works good with a2a aircrafts ?
It appears that Orbx is (again) making a significant change in their system, so I'd guess it may be the best idea to wait for their "next big change" before reinstalling all the stuff. -Esa They don't make any change in the structure of the scenery files in the sim as they did with the un...

The best blog I know about flying in the region. Unfortunately, this pilot left Papua this week after a 7 year stint at Susi Air

Re: C-47 bush flying PNG
Ononge won't be easy with a DC3 even if the approach is relatively wide and clear of obstacle... as in a carrier approach :D ! Keep us informed... You already did the "easiest" strips ! Don't forget the two PNG packages also offer many enhanced default airports with paved runways. And ther...

Re: In-flight oscillation
[...] it sounds like a calibration issue. Yes, this is a good point as unlike the A2A GA autopilots, the primary hardware control for pitch (i.e. joystick or yoke) isn't disconnected when the autopilot is engaged. Therefore controller noise or a double assignment may produce just the effect on the ...

Re: ORBX - Could someone explain?!
You are luckier than me :) . Where I live now, in Southern France, the OLC scenery is not bad at all but, well..., it could be better. Also I lived in NorCal years ago, in the Tiburon Peninsula (SFO), the ORbX scenery is great but I look forward to their cityscape. Well, a dedicated region with a d...

Re: In-flight oscillation
If the aft tank is empty, it sounds like a calibration issue. Verify that you don't have a double assignment. I love my P3D but each iteration has a tendency to mess up things in this regard and calls for a thorough check.
