I think the experience of high performance flight without an engine sound, just the noise of the airflow would be amazing.

It was quite incredible Rob, and nice to see just how realistic the T-6 is. Even Andy, the owner, commented how the primer in the sim sounds just like the real thing. That tickled him!
What a beautiful aircraft, so capable and now I have a new appreciation of how to fly her.

Sorry should have posted this here in the first place where all the steely eyed T-6 drivers hang out.

Having enjoyed flying 'Wacky Wabbit' in the sim I got the opportunity to fly in the real thing. Here's what we got up to.

I have been doing some more regular T-6 flying last couple of weeks and have noticed that almost every time I am having to use the oil clean kit before I can use the hand prop. Was the above finally fixed on an update by any chance? Just wondering if it is something going on in my sim. Interestingly...
