Re: We have never been good about talking about projects in development
Thank you for the update! The new tech certainly sounds exciting. It sounds like the holy grail of flight simulations: accurate flight dynamics "simply" based on the actual aircraft geometry instead of simplified cylindric shapes or approximation by tinkering with interdependent variables....

Just chiming in to remind that another month has gone by. Now back to our regularly scheduled programing.

Re: Accu-Sim Comanche MSFS Cockpit Screenshots
I wonder if the release of SU10 is what A2A have been holding off for with any further information on the development process. Perhaps once SU10 is here we will see some first video clips of the Comanche in MSFS during beta. Regards, -Peter Well, one thing is guaranteed for the forseeable future: t...

Re: Accu-Sim Comanche MSFS Cockpit Screenshots
In the last two plus years A2A has made the decision not to provide anything but the most minimal meaningful information. They have clearly decided that they do not want or value feedback from the community. A side effect of that is that it might build up unreasonable expectations. MSFS is out for ...

Re: Accu-Sim Comanche MSFS Cockpit Screenshots
Yeah, I'm bit disappointed as well. A2A used to have such tight line of communication with us, with lots of updates in a lot shorter intervals, Making Of and Behind the Scenes videos etc. All that has gone away years ago. I can't help but feel that A2A openend up more lucrative revenue sources with ...

Re: Accu-Sim Comanche MSFS Cockpit Screenshots
1. What does terrain have to do with aircraft development in P3D? 2. Have you ceased developing aircraft for P3D and switched to making scenery only? The #1 reason people are buying MSFS is for its beautiful terrain. I absolutely agree. As much as I love getting involved with the technology and ope...

Re: Accu-Sim Comanche MSFS Cockpit Screenshots
I hope the walkaround feature makes it into MSFS, as good or maybe even better than in FSX/P3D.

Re: A2A is MIA
Using DSL as well, with a 95 Mbit/s connection (that's a max download rate of 10 Megabyte per second). It's perfectly fine.

Re: A2A is MIA
SU7 appeared to work fine for me yesterday but now TrackIR only works with MSFS sometimes (mostly not working), which makes it unflyable for me. Perhaps you've seen the threads about it on the MSFS forums. If not, there is a workaround ... a little bit incovenient but managable until a fix comes ar...

Excellent news! Looking forward to what you can do with the new(ish) sim.

Re: A2A is MIA
I have to be honest. I have no interest in a limited sandbox just for A2A aircraft. I rather have A2A aircraft with limited functionality in MSFS than full A2A aircraft in a limited world. And A2A aircraft in MSFS can't be THAT limited, judging by what the PMDG DC-6 and the MilViz Corsair are able t...

Re: A2A Comanche and MS FS 2020
I'd love to know what that "road block" is that holds things up for A2A. All that vagueness and stringing along is very frustrating. Why so secretive?
PMDG are coming out with their 2nd high-fidelity aircraft soon and they are also more transparent about what's going on.

Re: I am not getting MSFS2020 until...
. On flat terrain you only tend to get horizontal gusts when it's windy causing yaw effects; nothing vertical for now. As far as I can tell. Get close to the hills and mountains in a little cub in Norway, experienced my first proper down draft yesterday, little close to mountain side and whoosh, fe...

Re: I am not getting MSFS2020 until...
For me flying is all about seeing the world from the sky. Learning to operate aircraft, preferrably as realistically as possible, is a great addition but certainly not my main appeal for flight simming. That's why i can't go back to FSX or P3D, even if that means leaving my precious A2A aircraft beh...
