If you want to save some flying time try starting a new campaign and assign a patrol from the Shoreham Coastal Command A/F. Once ...

...even a personalized campaign allowing you to fly for single unit. You know with names for squad mates etc, to really increase the immersion factor. That's one thing I would like to see too. I have flown other sims that had a career mode where you started as a basic airman and your progress and p...

Just a heads up - Logitech joysticks are known for being twitchy every time you restart your computer. All you need to do is, after a restart, go to the CONTROL PANEL / GAME CONTROLLERS / PROPERTIES screen and move your joystick all around the axis. This calibrates it. It makes a very big differenc...

He, He, Scotts ground fire is getting alittle more action. I am not sure it is a bug as the ground guys open up on a bad guy. Yes they do open up but sometimes you have to give them a 'prod' before they fire back (like a straffing run  ). Other times they are filling your wings with hot lead ...

I am looking at the Novice Ju87 problem. Can someone try a takeoff from Tanmere with Novice in a JU87 using 2.03 for me. Thanks. Need to know if it was a problem on 2.03 and I might mess up coder set up. Unfortunately I can no longer test with 2.03 as I deleted it after 2.04 was officially released...

Re: Thanks to Our outstanding Beta Testers

From this old Texas BobII coder, thanks and I hope you will have the time to help us with the completion of the MultiSkin Beta Testing. Thanks Buddye  . I was only able to offer my services as a tester for the last week before the release but I thoroughly enjoyed myself and hope I can contrib...

Rudder Settings

Is there any way of adjusting the FM rudder sensitivity/effectiveness when on the ground? The reason I ask is that when I am taxiing after landing (mostly in Spits and Hurricanes) I am finding it difficult to get crisp 90° turns. I am applying full rudder and differential braking (via the keyboar...

Thanks for that info, I had never clicked on the 'sim config' button before so wasn't sure if it applied to campaign mode or not.

That's my lesson for the day, thanks! I always try to learn at least one new thing a day  .

- Flight model settings had changed back to Novice. :( GRRRR!!!! So, in summary, when you set up a Campaign, the Options will be as set at that time. If you exit Campaign and change Flight model to Realistic and then return to Campaign, the Flight model will still be as originally set i.e. N...

I just tested the basic take off IA mission from all the available fields and with all the available aircraft and had no problems at all with the latest beta release. Yes, Tako, but did you test in Novice mode. If you did, I won't bother. :) All the above take off tests were done in Novice mode, al...
