"Dynamic lighting", was disabled. I re enabled it and all is well again.

I ran the 10/12/17 update for compatibility with the pp3d v4.1.
ground handling is fine now, but some of the 'shift+ key' windows no longer appear.
namely the shift+1;3;4 and 6 windows no longer shows up.
