Glad I wasn't the only one. That was the reason why I started this topic. Only a complet overhaul solved the problem, because there wasn't any red alert while in the maintenance hangar. I guess there're not that many who encounter the same problem. Must be a bug?

Don't ask what lies behind, but to resolve this issue, which I've encountered too some months ago, just activate the trimwheel before starting FSX by turning it untill, in my case, windows8.1 gives a sound warning that it's been recognized!

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried it out but it won't work. The problem is that speechrecognition isn't supporting the Dutch language.
