Thanks Cody.
I had trouble getting the photo to load.
Glad you could help.
Bob took a great photo of her before he packaged her up.

BEL- AIR MODELS (Bob Dros)
About 9 months ago I commissioned a museum quality Boeing B-377 Stratocruiser to be built by the renowned Bob Dros of BEL-AIR Models in Amsterdam. My wife and I had a chance to visit his home and workshop in Amsterdam early this summer and actually see this model start to take shape. I asked that it...

So very fortunate
A recent death of a loved one had put me into a bit of a funk that I did not want to do much of anything anymore subsequently I hadn't flown my highly prized A2A B-377 Strat for a few months. I have well over one thousand hours on her, I have flown her around the world many times and have not nor wi...

I third that request.
A rheostat type controller that can go from total dark to full bright would be very nice.
I find my eyes get tired at night on long flights especially working at the flight engineers position.
Great suggestion.

Re: New project annoucement: Captain of the Ship
The bar has again been raised by A2A further enhancing their non-military flagship of excellence. I only fly the B-377, and I fly her everyday on a scheduled run. For the few of us who only fly the B-377 this was totally unexpected I'm sure. A2A already had a winner with their Stratocruiser. Now ano...

Re: Loss of directional control on landing!
I know exactly what you're experiencing. It could have nothing to do with your technique what so ever. I suffered with this problem for a long time until I was forced into doing a complete reinstall ( This time I used both A2a B-377 and Accu-Sim CD versions I ordered ) due to a hardware failure. Aft...

SP1-Download irregularities
Just a few observations that may help some people. I had a major hardware failure, my computer still on warranty went out for repairs when it came back I had to do a complete reinstall. FSX Gold, Acceleration, A2A B377, Accu-Sim, SP1. When I opened FSX, always as the administrator I selected a B377 ...

Re: FSX on a Mac?
Hi I fly using the high end Mac, big screen boot camped into window's 7. I only fly the 377 with all slider on max. I have done two around the world tours with many 10 hour flight segments with no overheating or freeze up's I partitioned 50% of my machines capacity to fly FSX/A2A exclusively on the ...

Re: Spartan 7W
I couldn't agree more this was the best looking single of all time. In my opinion. Another good reason to consider this aircraft is that it would be a good fit to add to the "Wings of Silver Series". Its from that era and it is civilian. Also FSX has many great short runways around the wor...

Re: B377 Autopilot
It's not as basic as you may think. In flight planner click GPS, or fly VOR to VOR for nostalgic reasons using the fabulous A2A Map for situational awareness. Set your Nav 1 and Nav 2 to the runway ILS you want to use So now back to flying GPS, go to FSX map, you will see a magenta coloured line to ...

Do you have a web with you collection of 377 docs?
Cheers,
- jahman.
No I don't, never thought of it.
I will try to get it online.
Thanks for the good Idea.
