Re: Commonwealth Mustangs
I just uploaded the four repaints above (after making a few fixes so consider those screenshots as WIPs  ) to the Sim Outhouse repository so they should be available within the next 24 hours once the Admins clear them. You will find them either by looking in the 'Latest Add-ons' section or by ...

Re: Commonwealth Mustangs
Actually Rob I need to speak to you on Skype next time you're on as I am having problems finding a few things on the texture maps and it's brought the camo version to a screeching halt!

Commonwealth Mustangs
I have been splashing some paint around with the new high res paintkit for the P-51. I felt the Commonwealth birds had been rather neglected and decided it was time they were appreciated more. So far I have completed four bare metal paints and will be starting on camo ones shortly. Along with the ai...

Re: Aerosoft PBY Catalina config request
Be careful when adding lights to the rudder. If they are located on the moving part of the rudder they will not move with the rudder but float in space instead.

I DO,I DO,I DO! 8) Tell me more tell me more tell me more Tako_Kichi. How do you? he asked hoping it might work.. :) When you come down off the ceiling follow these steps: 1. Plug in your stick AND your racing wheel (assuming they are both USB as you are stuck if they are on a gameport). 2. Go into...

Re: POST SCREEN SHOTS HERE
If you have a racing wheel with pedals you can do what I do and use the pedals from that in BoBII. Not the same as 'proper' rudder pedals but way better than a 'twisty' stick or no rudder at all.stalkervision wrote: ah, rudder pedals. too expensive! I want them too!

Re: Aerosoft PBY Catalina config request
A lot of payware developers are now providing the A2A 3D light data as a remarked out feature so you will start to see this more often. Obviously they cannot make the A2A lights the default as not every one has them (yet  ) and as the actual lights are a payware item from A2A they cannot provi...

Yes I have the earlier X52 and yes I think the two are incompatible as far as profiles go. Hopefully someone will be along with a Pro profile shortly.

Re: Manual
You already have the manual, you just need to find it.
Look in your '???\FSX\Aircraft Factory\F4U Corsair' folder (where ??? = the installed location on your machine) for the manual or go to the start menu and find the 'Aircraft Factory\F4U\Manual' shortcut.

The subject line can be changed on any post, by any user, but the post will remain in the same thread. It is there so that if an original topic suffers from 'thread drift' the subject line can be changed to reflect it.

Re: Belly landings.
Yes.....but....they must be done 'correctly'. In other words, at the correct landing speed for the aircraft and touchdown must be on the prop/belly ONLY. Any touch of the wingtips on the ground will kill you. Any contact with airfield buildings that have 'hit boxes' (i.e. the ones that can be damage...

Re: Aerosoft PBY Catalina config request
The // is a code symbol for a 'remark' and when FSX (or FS2004 for that matter) reads the file it will ignore anything on that line after the // symbol. If you add // in front of all the lines in the upper section (below the [Lights] line) and remove all the // symbols from the start of each line in...
