WOW that brings me back in time
Looks EXACTLY like the cockpit of good old SE-GON in Uppsala... She's got more miles on her than Al Bundy's Dodge!

Re: Internal sound always audible
Bingo, I have a dual-screen setup with two 'views', one of which is the 'left wing' view, and the other is the 'straight ahead' view. I usually just switch the main monitor to other views when I'm playing around with the camera, and the left view is still in the cockpit showing me the left wing. So ...

Internal sound always audible
Checked this forum to see if this is a repost, but didn't find anything, so here goes: When flying, I can always hear the 'in-cockpit' engine noise, even when switching to an external view, it's always there in the background, so I get two engine sounds superimposed over each other in spot view for ...

Re: Slight left hand tendancy
The left hand turn tendency is mainly when im flying straight and level in the air and the plane just slowly starts turning to the left. would 2kgs fuel imbalance do that? Hello, If I'm not mistaken the fuel flow from the right wing tank is slightly larger compared to the flow from the left wing ta...

Re: Pulled the trigger on the C172
i picked this over the PMDG 777 as i had limited funds at time of purchase. I can say I did the right thing lol. I love this little machine. The 777 will have to wait ;) Seconded, though I have to say the 777 has been second on my wish list to their 737... That's the airliner I really want. But if ...

Repaint request
Just wondering if anyone would be willing to make a repaint of my pride and joy :) It's not really a J-3, but it's close enough for jazz. Keep in mind it's old, it's used, it gets more hours than a city bus and it looks it from the inside - but here's the general paintjob. It'd mean the world to me:...

Re: REQUESTED PAINTS
Three paints come to mind - two which might be interesting to people in general, and one which I'd like personally ;) First, don't know if this is a repost, but for all of us Flight Sim old timers, two classic paintjobs... First, the good old C172 from FS2002 - Microsoft's (and my) first encounter w...

Re: How do you turn coordinated properly in C172?
Its been a long time since I flew a C172 IRL But I do remember that in some situations (for example turning on final when you are overshooting the centerline) as you try to increase your bank to get back to centerline, you need to apply opposite aileron to keep from overbanking. So now you are low ...

Pulled the trigger on the C172
After quickly falling in love with the Cub I decided to take a chance on the 172 as well. I was originally going to wait for the updated version, wait for all of you to iron out all the lumps and step in when the plane was near perfection, but I figured I might as well fly it while I wait  ...
