P3D Market Share

The guys at Orbx are projecting at the current growth rate that over 85% of their customers will be on P3D V3 by year end. I think that is great as its showing forward movement. Are you guys at A2A seeing that kind of market share growth of P3D?

Re: Autopilot cutoff

Hello Lewis That did it!! :D I owe you a large beer, cup of tea or whatever! I deleted the entire c172 folder from documents/fsx/ after saving the axiscinfig file (which I did not use). I then reinstalled and have been flying for 30 min without a single cutout! After reading several topics on the st...

Re: Autopilot cutoff

Hi Lewis

Thanks for doing the test. :D I deleted the entire C172 folder at prepared/A2A/.
I will let you know if I find the cause.

Re: Autopilot cutoff

I have the mapping in the input configurator set to the same keys I always have but I am mostly using the mouse. Nothing is double mapped. I even removed my yoke and all hardware input so that the only trim input was the keyboard. I take off from default airfield climb at 500 fpm turn on hdg and tun...

Re: Autopilot cutoff

Hello Lewis

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and applied 10/3/15 update and still have disconnects. Do you have P3D V3.2 available?

Thanks

Re: Autopilot cutoff

Hi Lewis

I have an Iris control loading yoke that I use Fsforce 2 with. It does have a trim system but I was having the AP cutoffs with out it installed? I will try a reinstall.

Thanks

Re: Autopilot cutoff

Hi Lewis Yes I have the latest update and I have the magic battery off in fsuipc. It even happened when I was not running fsuipc at all. Do you have to do anything with A2A aircraft when you update the content part of v3.2? I was just starting to look for the file generated by the input config tool ...

Autopilot cutoff

I am running p3d updated client and content to v3.2. Flying the c172 with AP in rol mode and cruise with 300 fpm climb the autopilot shuts down by itself every several minutes. I am touching nothing just watching. I can turn it back on and appears to work perfectly and then a few minutes later it tu...

Please take my money!

I am really really ready for a p3d v3 version on the cub. I know I can force the fsx version into p3d but I want the real thing. Or maybe a Carbon Cub with the glass panel :D .

Re: General question regarding A2A and P3d V3.1

I am thinking of getting a second license for p3d. Will the a2a professional version run on the p3d academic version. I assume it would since the professional license is at a higher level than the academic.

Thanks

Re: Oculus Rift CV1 Open for Pre-Orders...

I would suggest VoiceAttack as a solution to the keyboard issue. I have been flying now on P3d with warthog, voiceattack and a tpm from goflight. I have a thrustmaster mfd I use to get started that I can use by feel but I only need it for getting started with Flyinside commands. With this setup I ne...

Re: Saitek FIP and Spad.Next

I have converted almost all of my FIP gauges to use the A2A Lvars for the C172. I have two questions hopefully you can help me with to finish the project. 1. The lvar for oil temp (L:Eng1_oiltemp, Celsius) and another L:Eng1_oiltempgauge and indeed in Celsius as I can see using the goflight detectiv...
