Re: 2H: Multiplayer flights the short way
Since we can not change our settings once in the flight, can we please use the same kind of airports with there surronding auto gen for both depature and arrival. Tha way, we are not taking off from a bush strip where we can have our display setting set high to get good visuals only to arrive at a ...

2H: Multiplayer flights the short way
Hey guys, Since multiple people have said what I was thinking as well, I'm hereby opening a new round of MP flights, with the goal to provide the same fun environment for "realistic" MP-flights, but with a shorter time span, as ~4h is too much for some people. Saturday seems to work fine s...

Re: CAP for next Saturday?
You could just have fly in's. Select an airfield/port (maybe one of Ians for the Spit) and say server open at xx:xx time for a fly in to Hornchurch. touch and go's flying in from airfields dotted around, etc. I use to exclusively fly from Humberside to Duxford in the Baron when I use to venture onl...

Re: Prop not moving in Multi Player
So you would need to trigger the Spit prop animation from the B17/P47? If I understand correctly, this is needed: - add the animation trigger that makes the Spit prop spin to the B17G and P47. If it is depending on a "real" prop spinning on the B17/P47, maybe a phantom-prop (spins as long ...

Re: Prop not moving in Multi Player
It's an animation trigger. Like many aspects of multiplayer, yet another issue. For example, if you have a plane with drop tanks, ALL planes that have drop tanks will visibly show them, regardless of their real state. Sure, but when all the other planes fly around with drop-tanks, they just fly aro...

Re: Why no guns?
I've had a few FS warbirds that came packaged with a 'working' guns. Some times the effect was satisfactory, other times it was plain horrible. In my opinion, being able to fire the guns ends up being little more than a gimmick (like Lewis stated). That said, I know there are people who would enjoy...

Re: Why no guns?
=> Let me repeat this: a feature like gun effects would be completely optional, why not let those that want it get that phracking effect... Stefan Because I would rather developers spend their time bug fixing where appropriate and adding in awesome features much like the A2A Spitfire already has. M...

Re: Why no guns?
The A2A B-17 and P-47 don't have working guns so I'm really not sure the Spitfire requires some half baked tacky effect that FSX doesn't handle well. I'm very happy flying my Spit around in its modern non war time setting, enjoying it and the scenery I have so far crossed over. I've seen plenty of ...

Re: Why no guns?
Ok, now my words about this =P I completely agree with the initial poster . => Please add the safety switches and triggers to the plane + some gun firing effect (just at the wings, although tracer bullets sure would look nice ). This shouldn't prove to be too difficult and one would not have to use ...
