I personally turn the turbo off for overclocking as it tends to be more stable. The chips going in and out of turbo causes some of the instability you see in these programs. Usually we just post screenshots for the fun of it without a contest. I have tapered down a lot over the years with taking screenshots though. I just like looking at the repaints and stuff others are doing since my creativity level is far below that.
