Probially a case of your computer hanging for a sec. All items are loaded and dropped down in a spefic order. If you pc gets overloaded while loading you can sometimes see this happening.

Also the B-17 could maintain a decent flight speed with bombload. Thay mainely usedd the standatd 150 because it allowed the longest range of the aircraft.

WEP in a B-17 is a throttle setting. Not something added like this. Putting a B-17 in WEP is simply advancin g the throttles to their maximun position but in real life if held there to long it will cause engine malfunctions.

Slow I have other projects that take time away. I still have to add the voice overs and a few waypoint things. I am also having a problem getting my nordon bombsite working in FSX. There is a bomb out that works in missions. But I have no site to aim by. this makes it a little difficult to hit a tar...

I just gave it a try. I love it. ATC stil works, ground vehicles still work, and missions work. I am going to have to get a few buds to fly online missions with once I get the mission finished.

there is a fshost thing I have heard works. But FSX is not set up to work on that type of server.

Awsome I look foreward to this one. I love the P-40. It is a great aircraft for it's time.

basic animations you could see in multiplayer before. Eg anything animated using a regular naming convention. You couldnt see animations that were done with keyframe animations. If I got this right. Thanks Scott this should help a lot. I have had a blast flying the WOP set in FSX. the updated weather and thermals maike flying very interesting at times with these aircraft. A whole lot more challenging to me.

I have seen it come and go also. it happens about 75% of the time for me in external view now that I am looking for it.

Lewis I got FSX yesterday and have started on a B-17F mission for Knockout Dropper. The flight plan is set and the aircraft starts on a parking ramp ad Deenethorpe with everything off. dds is a lower quality but is not required. It loads a little faster but the current texture formats are still usable.

I am really looking foreward to seeing how using a gunsite with the headmovement in fsx will be. It should make gunnery pretty difficult if guns can be made to work in fsx.
