Cought this at the surplus auction.

All I had to do was put a set of tires on her and fly away :) Honestly I was just playing around with the paint kit to see what it could do.

There is not a paint kit available for it. I am hoping that one will become available as there are a few I wouldlike to do but dont have it in me to do another paint kit from scratch as I did before.

If FS9 the site doesnt eally do anything. In FSX you can install a bomb that you can drop. That is what the newest version is made for.

Bombsite Version 2

Well I have just uploaded Version 2 of the bombsite that was created for FS2004. This version has been updated to work witht eh WOP B-17II for FSX. This gives you a basic adjustable bombsite for dropping bombs with in FSX. Note the bombs are not included. It has been uploaded to www.sim-outhouse.com...

Well here is the deal. I have been doing some test flights using the bombsite. Here is what I have learned. FSX takes into account aerodynamic forces from the aircraft and the wind on the bombs. What does this mean? Basicelly to use the bombsite we will have to find somebody that actually knew how t...

The bomb I use has a really good bomb effect with it. I would really like to get an online game going with a pilot copilot/ bombadeer. But I think the 4 hours to fly the mission would be a bit to long for most people. I also have to work on a bombing table so there is a basic settings for people to ...

Bombsite update

Here is a pic of teh updated bombsite I had originally made for FS2004. It has been updated for FSX and the WOP B-17II. It had adjustments for drift, angle and zoom. Not a nordon site but it should work as a manual bombsite. I want to thank Rob for his help with this. Otherwise this project would be...

Bomb aiming calculations

Is there a formula or a chart somewhere that tells you how to do the math for a bomb site adjustments. Eg at X speed and Y alt you set the lead angle to Z degrees? This would be for a munual site and not a computerised or assisted one.

A full duplication is most likely not doable. But a decent site can be done. My problem is getting the view in FSX to angle down with a 2d panel. I thought I had this working before but It is gone now and I can t find it. I am back on it again tho. Having a droppable object is not limited to mission...
