Doesn't Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator III do that? I know that you are able to do this with Over Flander's Field (an excellent WW1 mod for CFS3). You could also try B-17 II: The Mighty 8th, which allows you to man a B-17 throughout it's 25 mission career span. Hmm what else...you can sort of do ...

DON'T SELL THEM! You worked hard to purchase them, and that kind of hardware is a big investment! It would be a shame to just give them away like that =(

I'd be willing to help make video tutorials...I've actually been thinking about it for a while...videos on how to start from a cold cockpit, certain aerial maneuvers, tips on deflection shots, how to attack bomber formations, flying in formation, etc.
