Re: Subscriber Modifications
Thanks Stickman,
I'm going to give it a shot and see how it works. Hopefully the roads etc dont look too bad cause I really like the look of the breakers, even if they might be in some of the wrong places.

Re: Subscriber Modifications
Stickman,
I really like the breakers on the beach, it really adds alot. Is this simply using the low res sea and a new blend map?

Boreas,
That really looks nice, I like both the color of the terrain and the trees.

Re: Nominations of Mods for stock issue
personally I like Boreas's greener terrain look. I always thought the stock terrain was too washed out. During my one brief trip to Britain in late June of one year the colors reminded me of Oregon where I live. Its quite green here and even during the dryest months of August and September it's stil...

Re: Odd AI behaviour
I can appreciate working with the resources you have, and it looks like tremendous strides have been made on the 2D end of the game.
I'll do some digging and see if I can come up with any thing, though with my skill set don't expect much.

Odd AI behaviour
I've seen some odd AI behavior in the single player campaign that are a bit immersion killing recently. Yesterday, I was flying as green three of a patrol over Biggin Hill when our commander called out bandits on a gruppe of DO17's. On our first pass I see nine aircraft going down one after another ...

Question about main and options screens
I'm running a 2560 x 1440 27" monitor. My loading screen and the operations map all fill out the entire screen like you would expect, however the main and option screens have a black bar on either side of the graphics. I tried enlarging the main screen from 125 x768 to my resolution but, it enl...

Having fun with the old girl again
After c couple of years away, Ive started my first campaign flying as a solo pilot. Just don't feel like doing any planning just flying. Started the convoy mission flying spits for 54 squadron, and the first few missions have been routine patrols. Ive come back down to see other units having gotten ...

Re: Subscriber Modifications
Very interesting Hazzie, not sure how you can have two set of the same file in one folder without naming them differently, but if you got it to work somehow it could bring up some interesting possibilities. Anyone have BOB music to replace the Bugle? Period music etc, modern rock doesn't strike the ...

Re: Nominations of Mods for stock issue
After trying some of the other mods I have to say; yes on the canopy no to the damage textures. I like the bullet holes but the heavy damage just doesnt look right to me. Sorry. Fire yes. Couldnt find the debris and not sure which gunsights, so I'll pass on the vote for these. Here's the link to Sou...
