Panther, May I be the first to say, EH!? Solar Eagle I am not 100% I follow you but I think I get the kist of it. I'd wager that the CaptainSim C-130 isn't a true FSX aircraft designed from the ground up too...

Only if the licence/agreement/contract permitsm surely? The intellectual property rights would not extend to re-dstribution unless the contract was very shoddily worded, I wouldn't have thought. And in any case, why should a contribution to one aircraft by one developer entitle that person to share...
