Re: wonderful job A2A

It seems nobody uses a home cockpit to fly it. The master switch doesn't work, magnetos and starter don't work and Air Manager doesn't work. That's all I needed to see to put this on the shelf until everything works correctly even though it was said it would work. Trying to get the engine starter to...

Re: Introducing The A2A Comanche: Built with Accu-Sim (coming soon)

Hopefully the engine sounds get sorted before release. The new sound system is hard to work with so I bet it has been a nightmare. Shutdown sound and prop syncing can be a huge pain.

Re: we need a decent piston engine in MSFS!!!

I agree 100% the sounds in MSFS are pathetic. I've had better sounds in FSX/P3D. Take the DHC-2 for example. What is up with that shutdown sound? The engine just stops almost instantly with no shutdown sound at all. There is a freeware Beaver sound pack for FSX/P3D that sounds great and yet they do ...

Re: Accu-Sim Comanche 250 for MSFS is in beta testing

It is interesting to see that the old characteristics of developers eventually come to the surface again despite being given a new sim platform to produce for. I wondered how long it might be before the new wave of simmers who don't historically know these devs would begin to realise they were buyi...

Re: Accu-Sim Comanche 250 for MSFS is in beta testing

Will it be offered in the in sim market place? I rather prefer that as the game gives notices on updates and can be done in game without having to look all over the web to see if there are updates for stuff. I would stay away from the marketplace. They won't refund your money if you buy a junk addo...

Re: Comanche Update

1. I lower my rudder sensitivity down. Mine is set presently at minus 50%. You can also lower the reactivity a bit. But this is one of the big problems we have in MSFS. The axes with linear curves are whatever they are but don't reflect the rudder control of any default aircraft in this sim. They a...

Re: Accu-Sim Comanche 250 for MSFS is in beta testing

I'm really hoping the sounds are good, because I have yet to hear anything that sounds good in MSFS. The old A2A planes didn't have the best sounds either, but at least they matched the prop when it would shut down which is more than could be said for 90% of the other offering for FSX. The only one ...

Better question: Will it be released when I get my cockpit all set up early to mid march? :P

Re: Accu-Sim Comanche 250 for MSFS is in beta testing

Oh please! What timing should my expectations be? I just got back to MSFS and desire a PA-24-250! Give it a few months and then some. They said it was a few days to beta test a couple months ago. Since that was supposed to happen about 2 months ago I'm going to assume it's going to be a very long t...

Re: Accu-Sim Comanche MSFS Cockpit Screenshots

We are days from beta. There is a crazy amount of stuff for these guys to chew on. My hope is it doesn't get bogged down, which is always the risk load testing new tech (a lot of large new independent systems). Not just flight physics but the internal engine has been completely made new and at high...

Re: Getting a little worried

I can't agree more. I tried to get into MSFS2020 when it first came out and found it to be nothing special, especially when I could not find a "smooth pan" of the VC and using my hat only offered "snap to" visuals of the different gauges. I tried different settings in the Views ...

Just my humble opinion.

I think you mean a Chevy with a 350 and a Remington 870.

Sorry, I couldn't resist.
