Re: Now that Comanche goes Gold...
If I recall, someone said that the new Accusim makes it easier to develop other aircraft. If true, maybe they can go back to developing the Aerostar again. I'd love to see that aircraft in MSFS.

Re: Still No Cockpit Sounds
I don't know if this will help anyone or not, but I had installed the AIG traffic software and it created a backup of the EXE.XML then created a separate one. The only entry in this new file was their own mod. My solution was to delete that file (I no longer use AIG) and restore the backed up EXE.XM...

Re: Now that Comanche goes Gold...
I'd say give them a chance to catch their breath.
But just a day or two.

Re: Recreating Max Conrad's record breaking flight
I read the article that Nick provided and the one thing that stood out the most was the fact that Conrad switched to the 180hp engine in his Comanche for greater range. So now the question is can this be done with the 250hp.

Re: Recreating Max Conrad's record breaking flight
Ok, so far in this post I've been called crazy, geeky, and nerdy. NOW I HAVE TO DO THIS FLIGHT! Nick, I haven't read the article yet but I'm going to this weekend. That's when I'll try the modifications you mentioned as well. And I'll have to download the livery by Mr. Haberkorn. Thanks!

Re: Recreating Max Conrad's record breaking flight
No, no. Nick (and by extension A2A) crushed my spirit and killed my dreams by calling me crazy. I'll just go sulk in a corner now. :P j/k I can't see myself flying non stop on one sitting like that though. If I did, I'd have to live stream on twitch for charity or something. I was thinking about fly...

Recreating Max Conrad's record breaking flight
In June of 1959 Max Conrad flew a Comanche 250 non stop from Casablanca to Los Angeles. I read that he was 2000 lbs overweight at takeoff with all the extra fuel he was carrying
Is it possible to modify our Comanche to hold enough fuel to recreate this flight?

Re: F2 2020 and A2A Simulations
The frustrating thing for me is deciding each flight "Do I want to fly with a beautiful aircraft or beautiful scenery and weather?" Boy I'm spoiled!
