All you need to do is go to your store account and download the specific v5 installers. Run the new ones and you’re good to go.

Rob

Re: Buy it again ?
Well as a developer, I’m quite surprised that you don’t seem to understand... once again now... the B17 for P3D is not an UPGRADE...it is a NEW PRODUCT......
Note that UPGRADES from P3Dv2 all the way through v5.1 are free......ah nvm...

Re: Buy it again ?
What is your point? The point is this should be and update and not a new charged product. Given that it's a completely new release for a new platform the need to re-purchase makes perfect sense to me. Having started my A2A career with FSX, I have had to update my A2A fleet with P3D versions and I'v...

P3Dv5 Load/Oil Clean Kit?
I've noticed that the Oil Clean Kit icon in the Shift 4 menu no longer shows the oil level increasing when left on the airplane as it did in FSX:SE/P3Dv4. It just stays empty...... Also, lately when I load the Harvard into a scenario the prop will not turn, either with the Hand Prop on Shift 3 or wi...

Re: P3Dv5 too dark? I found a Solution
Can you advise me as to exactly what you changed in the settings? I'll change back the cfg file and try the settings you suggest. D I've adjusted them a few times depending on whether or not I'm running EA, which darkens it up and I've found v5.1HF1 to be much lighter than the first install of v5. ...

Re: P3Dv5 too dark? I found a Solution
I am curious about whether the changes anyone's seeing with the .cfg edits are any different than the solution I've always used, which is just adjusting the Brightness and Saturation levels in the Lighting menu...?? If so, in what way do the edits make v5 look better than the much simpler process o...

Re: A2A Aerostar Emergency Landing
I suppose a cool way to look at this is, A2A's job is to make N122PC live forever through Accu-Sim. It's even more important now, especially since these straight 600's are getting so rare. Despite the loss, there is so much gained and I'm grateful to be on this journey with everyone here. Scott Tha...

Re: Suggestion /Idea For Our A2A Staff
Yes it’s been mentioned and I don’t believe there was a response. I think the A2A team is quite busy with existing projects at the moment

Re: Optimum Runup Settings Bonanza
I use fine wire plugs and never lean on the ground unless taking off at 4000' PA or higher, runup at 1700 rpm and lean after takeoff. I have never fouled a spark plug.

Hhhhmmmmm...well there's an intriguing statement that oughta' ramp up forum participation with wildly rampant speculation over the next...how many days, Scott??Scott - A2A wrote: ↑06 Jan 2021, 07:57Yes but only in that we are putting a different airplane on the front burner to be released next.
