Re: Where does the TO shake come from?
They are not balanced here in the model for sure, but it is not something that can't be done. https://www.aircraftspruce.ca/catalog/topages/wheelbalancer.php Flat spot landing can put the tire out of balance, but again this is a consequence, not a default state and tire wear is supposed to be simula...

Re: Where does the TO shake come from?
Yes, it feels strange. Bo is not supported by some pair of skis like 172 where wheel can wobble around - and it vibrates like crazy in locked position here. Personally I see it as some malfunction that cannot be fixed currently. Perhaps it should not be seen in a "like new" state with main wheels ba...

Re: Where does the TO shake come from?
These small wheels usually have 2 tapered bearings which need to be tightened properly together. If they are worn (so expected tension is lost) or not adjusted properly, then wheel can wobble when weight gets removed. Otherwise I don't see much reason to see this effect at scale.

Re: Where does the TO shake come from?
It's a wheel balance issue, perhaps could be made fixable, but seems that it is what it is.

Re: Bonanza Input Configurator - Unhandled Exception
To fix this, you need to install an ancient directx runtime, link can be found in this thread:

Re: Cherokee Fuel economy/GTN 750 fuel flow
It needs to be paired with external digital sensors and computing unit like Shadin to show such data. It would be quite rare to see such equipment installed in low-end GA planes. In RXP unit, you can turn fuel metering to off in the configuration. There should be some option called "Use Shadin Fuel ...

No limit for DME distance
If distance between waypoints exceeds 999nm, a 4-digit value is presented on the 3-digit display and it overlaps with other symbols. I believe it should be limited to 999 as it is done for the timer.

Re: Be especially careful in upcoming months
Some new data from Spain: https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/spain/ Daily new cases counter peaks around 10k in March/April. Daily deaths at this time is at 1000. 6 months later, new case counter is again at 10k, but well, this time the virus decided that it will be less deadly - few ...

Re: Be especially careful in upcoming months
Cigarette smoking causes about one of every five deaths in the United States each year. Cigarette smoking is estimated to cause more than 480,000 deaths annually: https://www.cdc.gov/tobacco/data_statistics/fact_sheets/health_effects/tobacco_related_mortality/index.htm Since this is 2x more deadly t...

Re: Be especially careful in upcoming months
It won't last forever? Why not? It just starts spinning. Looking at what's going on in Australia for example? People locked in their houses for weeks (what is the difference with being imprisoned without sentence?), police hours (is it some warzone)? Pregnant woman arrested because of posts on the f...

Re: Be especially careful in upcoming months
Clear example of manipulation was given - reporting number of cases alone without giving number of tests made. And media are doing their fearmonger's job this way. Please go to CDC, display raw data for mortality rates from 2015 to 2020 (As a remainder, this thread was started with information that ...

Re: Be especially careful in upcoming months
Statistics are a perfect tool for manipulation. In this equation you can play with nominator - for example if high figures are needed, every person with influenza or similar symptoms can be counted as covid. Number goes up. On the other hand, you can make tests at massive scale to play with denomina...

Re: Be especially careful in upcoming months
What I could suggest is to watch the original 1971 "Vanishing Point" movie, paying close attention to the role of the Media, represented by some local broadcaster. How the story of some regular guy, that would probably would remain unnoticed is developing. Spreading panic can cost lives too. Because...

Re: rudder trim inop?
Agree on the fact that control in the sim is unreal. However, it looks like there is some inconsequence among the family. On Bonanza, you are able to set aileron/rudder trim and it is clearly visible - and it's the same - joystick/yoke will still be centered. Similar thing with elevator on Cherokee ...

rudder trim inop?
well it works in the air, but it seems it is not reflected in the model - there is no visible rudder/pedals reaction when centering spring is tightened or I miss something (?)
