Re: Sale?!
Thank you, A2A! I've been waiting on a sale to finally pick up the Comanche. It's not that I don't think it's worth the full price, but this way I can honestly tell my wife I got it on sale, which will help. Even though I think the 182 is always going to be my favorite, the Comanche is fantastic. Ha...

Re: Constant instrument glitching and dead batteries
Success! The gauge flicker is still there, but that's no big deal, because the Bo started up and no dead battery.
Deleting the persistent state files did the trick, so thanks for the tip! I'm off to put some hours on the io520.

Re: Constant instrument glitching and dead batteries
Hi, Nick. The issues are similar but this time I can't get around dead gauges by leaving the controller unplugged, which I used to be able to do, and for the first time, I have the persistent dead battery message no matter how many times I fix it in the "shop." I don't mind the twitching c...

Constant instrument glitching and dead batteries
Gents, I'm having a hard time with my A2A aircraft, both the 182 and Bonanza, mostly the Bo with my gauges glitching (swapping back and forth between dead and active every second---1 second intervals, mostly the clock), and my battery on the Bo is always dead. I fix the battery in the workshop, flip...

Re: A2A Aerostar Emergency Landing
WOW! I'm just seeing this news. Congrats Scott and Jake on being safe. It looks like you had plenty of time to try all options, knew what was best, and you even flew the approach to allow Jake enough time to feather and spin the starter to to keep from tearing up the props too. Well done you guys, m...

Aerostar (no news)
Just want to add that I keep checking in religiously for any news of the Aerostar. Any chance for some additional teaser shots?
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Approach speeds
I use 80-85 depending on wind because 70 is just not as stable. Unlike Pipers and Mooneys, the Bonanza won't float you down the runway if you carry a little excess speed over the fence.

Re: Flight1 GNS 600/500 VC panel integration
Hi Nick,
Would it be difficult to "blank out" a portion of the vc (in the model file I would imagine) to leave space to mount the G600 units?
I can't model (fashion or aircraft), so I'm ignorant of how this would work.
Thanks,
Scott

Outstanding paints. I always appreciate it when painters go the extra mile on custom interiors.
