Re: Comanche with turbo engine?
Even though it has been a while since this post, with no response, I would like to throw my hat in the ring as requesting a Comanche 400 update option. I seem to remember their being 2 choices in engine blocks with the V tail Bonanza back in the day. I wouldn't mind a similar choice in the Comanche...

Re: About the auto-pilot
Why does the Comanche have a WTT mode available for the autopilot? It integrates with the PMS50 GTN 750. Why not make it so the GTN 750 autopilot utility can have its full feature list? I have a mod that enables this on the Spirit of St Louis so I know it can be done. Donald The Comanche has an opt...

Re: When can we expect more planes???
They have confirmed that development of new planes will be faster. What that means, exactly, we don't know.

Re: Tutorials: NEW Taxi Video
Great job on the new Climb video (that will surely be posted here soon). There's one thing I would have liked to see Scott talk about more: Power setting. He mentions that at max gross weight, he would have used 1900rpm and 25", but what other power settings are useful? What do you normally use...

Re: GNS 430 oddity
Certainly, and there's nothing wrong with that. Even A2A didn't model the entirety of the EDM 830. The problem is when you then pretend that your addon is feature complete when it's not.jsbrewster1 wrote: ↑31 Aug 2023, 18:24 WT probably figures the test will never fail, why spend the time programming that 'feature'.

Re: GNS 430 oddity
Yes, someone mentioned eariier in the thread it may be a WT thing. This is the first aircraft I"ve flown with the 430 as the primary GPS, so I guess I never noticed it before. It's minor in any case. It is. Self-test is not. Does it work for you? Yes, it runs through the startup, finds the sat...

Re: GNS 430 oddity
On the official forum, I think. But I wish you good luck with that, as the head of WT has recently said that "The current MSFS GNS430W/530W are highly advanced units that replicate most of the functionality of the real units" and that "The list of outstanding bugs on it is very small;...

I think that's a bug with the WT GPS units.

Re: Power / pitch coupling - too strong?
I have a little bit of experience in small airplanes (nothing like the Comanche, though), but it seems pretty natural to me. You should be able to control rate of descent on approach quite well with just the throttle. Remember to pitch for speed and throttle for rate of descent.

Does the heading on the compass (the one on top of the dash) agree with the HSI?

Re: When can we expect more planes???
We are working on a 2nd update for the Comanche that is now in testing. Once this update is out and we feel it's at a nice matured state we will start to develop another airplane. Scott Given the fact that you managed to overcome all the hurdles to achieve AccuSim to MSFS, do you find your previous...

As the post said, this mapping is for the next update.Captain744 wrote: ↑14 Aug 2023, 09:01 Should I be able to map these actions to any buttons, switch’s or keys within msfs?
Tried mapping these very same actions to rocker switches on my Thrustmaster warthog throttle (L &R ENG OPER IGN switches) without any success?

Re: Comanche with turbo engine?
Somewhat disappointed, but understandable. I have always wanted a fast and high cruiser from A2A. Who knows, maybe one day. A2A already has a fast & high cruiser, just not in this sim yet...it's Merlin powered and will cruise anywhere between 250 ktas and 310+ ktas from SL to 30,000 feet. :mrgr...
